WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Sr QA Automation Engineer specializing in chatbot testing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our chatbot integrated within our web application. Using Playwright, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated tests to validate the behavior and performance of the chatbot across different scenarios.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright to validate the functionality of the chatbot.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand system requirements and define comprehensive test plans.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to provide insights into testing progress and challenges.
- Document test cases, test results, and defects to ensure clear communication and resolution of issues.
- Continuously research and adopt industry best practices in automated testing and contribute to enhancing our QA processes.
- Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software releases on time.

YOUR KEY SKILLS
- Main tool Playwright
- 4+ years of experience with test automation
- Good written and spoken English (at least B2)
- Expertise with test automation tools and the ability to assist with establishing new testing processes
- Clear understanding of the testing process, fundamental testing techniques, etc.
- Experience with BDD & TDD
- Experience with mobile and/or web testing
- Experience with testing of REST services
APPRECIATED SKILLS
- IT background with emphasis preferably on web-based applications, client-server architecture, databases, etc.
- Experience with Agile software development
- Have an idea what's "ISTQB" without googling
- Table football psycho/freak, floorball player, yoga guru, blood donor, climber..
- Relaxed yet enthusiastic attitude
- Good personal hygiene is a must 🙂
