React/React Native Developer

WHAT YOU'LL DO

React/React Native Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, while ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop new user-facing features using React.js and React Native
2. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
3. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
4. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
5. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products
6. Identify and address performance bottlenecks
7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
8. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web and mobile development

WHO YOU ARE

YOUR KEY SKILLS

1. Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
2. Strong proficiency in React.js and React Native
3. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
4. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms
5. Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools
6. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, npm, etc.
7. A keen eye for UI/UX design principles
8. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

APPRECIATED SKILLS

1. Experience with backend development using Node.js or similar technologies
2. Familiarity with Agile methodologies
3. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools
4. Contributions to open-source projects or personal GitHub repositories showcasing your work
5. Experience with mobile app deployment and release processes
