WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will work as a Senior Software Engineer in the .NET ecosystem in an environment where AI agents are embedded into the software development workflow. This role is not about building AI models, but about using AI agents to speed up development, testing, and iteration, while you provide architectural direction and technical oversight.
You will join a highly technical team building scalable software solutions using modern .NET technologies, automated testing, and AI-assisted development practices.
Your work will include:
- Developing and maintaining backend and application logic in a modern .NET environment
- Working alongside AI agents to generate, refine, and improve production-ready code
- Defining and enforcing engineering rules, conventions, and best practices that guide AI-generated output
- Reviewing and validating code produced by AI agents, with a focus on quality, performance, and maintainability
- Overseeing automated testing workflows, including behavior-driven testing approaches
- Analyzing test results, logs, and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical execution with product needs

YOUR KEY SKILLS
- Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer working with .NET (C#, .NET Core)
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles.
- Experience reviewing code and providing clear technical feedback.
- Familiarity with automated testing and quality-driven development practices.
- Comfort using AI agents as part of day-to-day development workflows.
- Ability to work at a system and rule-based level, not only at the implementation level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
APPRECIATED SKILLS
- Experience in highly automated or AI-assisted development environments.
- Familiarity with behavior-driven development (BDD).
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-focused teams.
- Interest in improving developer productivity through tooling and process.
