Who are we?
We're a distributed team of 130+ tech professionals who treat software development as both a craft and a discipline — sometimes even as an art.
Founded in 2010 in Košice, Slovakia, we've grown into a global team united by shared values and a passion for building clean, thoughtful solutions.
What brings us together? A human-first mindset, a drive to keep learning, and a deep focus on real-world results. We go beyond the brief - solving meaningful problems, thriving in complexity, and building with purpose alongside our partners.
Our team around the globe
Headquartered in Slovakia, with engineers also based in Argentina, Serbia, and other spots around the world, we're built to work across time zones, not around them. Central Europe brings deep MuleSoft and integration expertise. The Balkans bring sharp full-stack and QA talent. Latin America brings senior engineering experience. Different corners of the map, same standard — wherever a Hotovian logs in from.
