The need

g-Xperts approached Hotovo with the challenge of building an AI copilot for insurance underwriters and risk engineers.

The goal was to increase efficiency and improve the quality of the evaluation process by introducing AI to process complex report documents with various structures, content, and formats to produce standardized report summaries. In today’s era, all products want to leverage generative AI features to improve performance and reduce time spent on manual tasks. Many of these challenges can be addressed through AI integration, which requires knowledge of related technologies and ecosystems.

Additionally, the challenge included ensuring that the final product was as AI provider-agnostic as possible, allowing end customers to host the AI component in any existing AI environment with their chosen provider or their own models.
