The need

The end client needed a crucial new feature: a module to enhance the existing BI application. This module would not only provide reports related to property insurance risk evaluation but also introduce functionality for evaluating vehicle risks. This addition is essential for the client, as it broadens their reporting capabilities and ensures they can effectively assess a wider range of risks, ultimately leading to better decision-making and improved service for their customers. The successful implementation of this project highlights our commitment to delivering solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs.

Key results

Hotovo delivered the extension of the existing Business Intelligence (BI) tool, covering a new type of data — motor vehicles. The developed module allows analysts to filter and visualize the data, compare it, and identify outliers and potentially incorrect offers.

The application consists of the UI component and the underlying queries used to acquire the data from the ElasticSearch data store.

Thanks to the project’s success, we’ve extended our collaboration and started working together on a new product.
